We are sometimes seeking proactive and positive staff members to join our enthusiastic team and dedicated team.
Successful candidates often possess experience of working within a SEND school environment, and should be prepared to deliver high-quality lessons when covering teachers. We like our staff to be adaptable, honest, and committed to promoting the ethos and values of the school. We would expect you to uphold Social Arts for Education’s commitment to Safeguarding and Equality, and to maintaining confidentiality.
GCSEs in Maths and English are required, and a teaching assistant qualifications are desirable. A background in psychology is advantageous but not essential. The post holder will be expected to undergo training to support the mental well being of children with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health difficulties).
